The How To: Making Cider

There are many as many ways to make cider as there are those who make it. However, it still relies on the same principles it always has:
  • Apples are selected and pressed for their juice
  • Yeasts ferment the sugars in the juice into alcohol
  • Step One: Fruit Selection

  • Step Three: Fermentation 

  • Step Four: Storage 

  • Step Five: Blending (Flavoured Cider Only) 

  • Step Six: Filtering 

  • Step Seven: Bottling
