DB Breweries appoints star talent to management team

DB Breweries boasts some superb new talent this week following several new hires and an internal promotion. Lauren Mentjox has been hired as Corporate Affairs Director, Darron Curphey has been hired as Supply Chain Director, and Hajni Magdo has been promoted to the newly created role of Digital & Technology Director. All three roles sit on the DB management team and report to the Managing Director.

Matt Wilson, Managing Director of DB Breweries, talks about the new hires: “As a management team we have some really exciting goals with our collective focus on creating premium adult beverages, inspiring good times, and continuing on the path to our Net Zero 2030 ambition. I believe an organisation, no matter how well designed, is only as good as its people, so I’m thrilled to have such amazing talent joining the ranks at DB this week. Darron and Lauren are proven experts in their respective fields and we also make the important strategic step to appoint our first Digital and Technology Director / CIO at senior exec level, as we accelerate our Digital transformation.”
