Entry Requirements
3. The Promotion will run from 12.00AM on 1/07/2026 to 12.00PM on 31/10/2026 (Promotion Period).
4. To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the survey on https://export-survey.db.co.nz/ before 12.00PM on 31/10/2026. Participants who successfully complete the survey will be placed in the draw to win.
5. By entering the Promotion, you agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, rules and guidelines relating to the Promotion, including those outlined on DB’s website.
Selection Criteria and Prize
6. The prize is one Warriors Jersey (Prize).
7. The winner will be drawn at12.00PM on 2/11/2026 at the offices of the Promoter. The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner a maximum of two times with the details provided by the participant on the survey.
8. The winner must provide any information requested by the Promoter within any timeframe specified. The Promoter will then post the Prize to the winner.
