Our team

Being part of a business that spans 70 countries means you’ll work with a truly diverse team, learn from the collective experience of over 80,000 people around the globe and, if you want it, take the opportunity to advance your career internationally. In New Zealand, DB employs people across three breweries and a cidery based in Auckland, Paraparaumu, Nelson and Timaru.

Quite a number of our team have worked in other HEINEKEN operating companies including Kiwis who wanted global exposure and expats who've chosen to make New Zealand their home. This mix of culture, experience and energy creates the ideal environment for ideas and innovation... that excites us because we believe diverse views make great brews!
